Please update README and issue template to mention Arduino IDE 2 #11977
Description
People less familiar with Arduino still report IDE issues here, and comment on old issues. They're probably unaware this repository is the old Arduino IDE no longer in active development.
Just a few words added to the top of README and in the issue template and maybe project description could help direct them to the new IDE and save everyone's time.
