Introduce 'Cloud States' to the Sketchbook list of IDE2 #1879

Describe the request
Cloud sketches visible in the IDE2, may or may not have been "pulled" or "downloaded locally", they may also be inaccessible when a user is offline.
We should illustrate clearly when any of the above conditions are tru, to make working with Cloud Sketches more ergonomic in IDE2.
We should illustrate the "state" of cloud sketches in the sketchbook list via icons, summarised at the Figma links below.
The following states should be distinguished for sketches in the sketchbook list:
- Cloud Sketch - Never pulled
- Cloud Sketch - Pulled
- Offline - Never pulled
- Offline - Pulled
Outcome
Cloud sketches in the sketchbook list should be prefixed with icons reflecting their "state" as defined at the Figma links below.
