Serial Monitor can't be docked to the right edge of the screen

Describe the bug
Unable to dock Serial Monitor to the right edge of the screen when Output window is already docked there

To Reproduce

1. Drag Output to right edge of screen so it docks
2. Try to do the same with Serial Monitor -> FAILS
3. Drag docked Output from right edge of screen, to bottom of the screen
4. Drag Serial Monitor to the right edge of screen -> Successfully docked
5. Drag Output to right edge of screen so it docks
6. Both Serial Monitor and Output docked to the right edge of the screen

Expected behavior
Serial Monitor should be able to dock regardless if Output window was docked there before or not
