Change make / build process #78
Description
It would be good if folders generated by builds weren't scattered through repo root, but were contained in a single directory.
Also it would be handy to be able to specify a version number to be added to the release zip file names.
Default zip file names could be changed to match those used with GitHub & SF releases.
