Add version check and exception if jQuery version is < 1.44 #565
Description
I just spent an hour debugging an issue that was solved by moving from jQuery 1.4.3 to 1.4.4 - this could be easily mitigated by having a simple version check on initialization of jQuery mobile, and throwing an exception if not up to date.
