Heya, sorry about this. We shipped the API documentation a bit ahead of the actual feature that lets you get that permission. We just launched today: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-07-01-enterprise-level-access-for-github-apps-and-installation-automation-apis/ |

Hello,
I am attempting to install a 3rd party Github App on my trial Github EMU.
I can only install it on an organization inside my enterprise, when I click
Install
on the app page: https://github.com/apps/ I don't get any option to install it on my enterprise, even when being logged in as the enterprise owner.I am doing it as part of developing a Github App. I want to query enterprise information such as:
SCIM: List provisioned users
In my app / fine-grained PATs, i can't find the "Enterprise SCIM" business permissions (read) permisssion.
Can anyone tell me why i can't find it?
Is there another solution besides using a classic PAT (that has the scim:enterprise permission)
