Custom and/or Business SAML/SCIM Fields

We have set up SAML and SCIM for our Enterprise cloud account, but we would like to include more data about our users than just their email and name. We would like to include department, title, and Manager. But there is no way to include further data in the saml/scim connection. I suggest that there is either a custom field option or to add standard business fields such as title, department, and manager. Other items we sync via scim to other SaaS are start date / end date / country. Thanks!
