My application got rejected and I do not know why

Hi everyone,

Hello the highly people of github,

I have been having problems with github student developer pack lately. I am a high school student and I submitted a document proving so, which is called a student document in my country. It is issued by the school and stamped by the government. It was a pdf and I uploaded it as a photo, 20 hours or so from submitting I get an email saying that this looks like it was issued by a third party organization and is not valid. Please help me.

Check the Requirements Again
GitHub usually accepts:
A school-issued ID card with your name, photo, and enrollment date.
A transcript or tuition receipt.
An official letter from your school, on official letterhead, confirming you're a student.
Your school email address (if available).

Prepare a Strong Resubmission
Upload the original PDF (not a screenshot/photo).
Translate key parts of the document if it’s not in English (GitHub reviewers may not recognize it).
Add a brief explanation like this:
“This is an official student certificate issued by my high school and stamped by the government. In my country (mention the name), this is the standard proof of student status.”
