Bean Overrides cannot reliably override beans created by a FactoryBean with generics #33811

Overview
This issue is effectively a duplicate of the spring-projects/spring-boot#40234 bug report against Spring Boot which was fixed in Spring Boot after the @SpyBean had been ported to Spring Framework in conjunction with #29917.
Thus, I'm creating this issue to ensure that bug is fixed in Spring Framework's Bean Override support as well.
