No mention of `pip install azure-functions-durable` in the Contributor's Guide

It should probably be added to the 'Python 3 Tools (pip install)' section of "Pre-requisites".

As an aside, and perhaps something that should be explained in the guide, is the installed code the same as in the `/azure' directory of the repo? If not, how are they different?
