Formatting Toolbar: custom BlueButton in documentation not showing

Describe the bug
While going through the documentation, I noticed that the custom BlueButton is not showing in your example of the Formatting Toolbar. This is also the case for the example in StackBlitz.

To Reproduce
In the documentation select some text and check for the missing custom button in the Formatting Toolbar.
