Collapse doesn't work with Bootstrap 3

I downloaded the source code from bootstrap3_bis2 branch, built it and tried the demo but it looks like collapse plugin doesn't work. A click on "Toggle collapse" has no effect in the demo. It works well with the master branch (Bootstrap 2).

#1001 --- My patch has been tested in a few production sites, seems to be working. If you need it, it would be good for you to test it and see if it works for you, and maybe review the patch a bit. Hasn't been getting much review.

@caitp I'm really sorrrrrryyyy that it wasn't reviewed yet.... I'm on 10 000 things for now and can spend limited amount of time on this stuff. @angular-ui/bootstrap if anyone could help me with issues / PRs? Getting a bit swamped here...

@caitp I'm trying to address pressing issues and release 0.6.1 or something with bug-fixes over the weekend. Any helping hands would be more than welcomed!

No worries, I know people are busy, and it's not the tiniest patch at this point :(

I'm pretty busy myself over the next few weeks, but I'm happy to help sort things out, just @ping me if there are any issues you don't want to tackle and I'll see what I can do :p
