Translate (and internationalize?) the flash and ram usage messages.

In 1.5.3, it looks like these messages are still in English (although I only tested Chinese and Italian):

Binary sketch size: 466 bytes (of a 32.256 byte maximum) - 1% used
Minimum Memory usage: 9 bytes (of a 2.048 byte maximum) - 0% used

Can we internationalize them (if they're not already)? And translate them?

It is translated, btw, there are other issues to be sorted out with translation in general.
I can't handle this in time for 1.5.4.
