Documentation is inconsitent re: Vidor's FPGA model#

Is the FPGA chip 10CL016 or 10CL025?
here at the tab "tech specs" it states 10CL016:

and in the "documentation" tab it states 10CL025:

I’m confused. what’s what?

the FPGA is a 10CL016; since the chips are pin to pin compatible we probably added the wrong symbol to the schematics. @pnndra can we update the schematics with the right symbol?

Hi @Arkylien, @facchinm , the reason why schematic reports the bigger part number is that board can be assembled with that as well. the point is that parts are not completely compatible so if you do the schematic for 25 it will work for 16 but not the other way round. using OrCAD variants we can have part number diversified for the two assembly variants and we can update schematic for the 16 version... let me know what you prefer.

Thanks for the info. I don’t really have a preference. But for the buyers it is more clear if the 16 version is used as schematic. However it is interesting for some to see the 25 version circuit, maybe it can be placed at another place. But I'm new here so my opinion is not well based

I would think there should either be two version of the schematic, or sufficient labeling should be added that explains that a different chip is used (and it should be explicit about for what boards that holds) and if there are any other schematic differences?
