Improve the quick pick fuzzy match color with the light Arduino theme #1873

Describe the problem
The quick input fuzzy match highlighting could be better for the selected elements with the Arduino light theme. It's hard to read.
To reproduce
- Use the Light Arduino theme,
- Search for a command from the command palette

Expected behavior
The fuzzy match highlight is visible with the Arduino dark theme:
