When being requested by heartbeat, use the same application for resource requests

When monitoring EMS Landing Page we pass the ?my_app_version=heartbeat to identify these automated calls but then EMS Landing Page does not pass this to the requests made to EMS resources for file and tile service, we should use also heartbeat or maybe something like ems_landing_page_heartbeat to discard those requests later when checking logs.
