Wrong case conversion in some Turkish characters

Turkish characters ı i I İ are a little confusing

_.swapCase('ı I i İ')

outputs

           "I i I i̇"

whereas correct output should be

           "I ı İ i̇"

This, of course, is a valid issue with all case conversions.

there are some post like this, but i don't think the swapCase should be overwrite this way, maybe create another Turkish swapCase function??

It may in fact be the only solution because it is an edge case. I'm using a package https://github.com/peerlibrary/meteor-urlify2 in my app that does case conversion based on maps that lay out edge cases from different languages. It may be worth checking out.
