[Feature] - Support react-native versions lower of 0.73

feature requested in facebook/react-native#15114 (comment), requires:

1. creating new branches for 0.70, 0.71, 0.72
2. test ios and android
3. (OPTIONAL) reimplement private APIs
4. patch react-native-renderer for 0.70, 0.71, 0.72
5. release to npm from 0.70, 0.71, 0.72 branch
