x/image/{tiff,bmp}: EOF instead of UnexpectedEOF

The following program prints EOF, which looks weird (whole image decoded?). Jpeg and png print UnexpectedEOF in this case. Tiff should also return UnexpectedEOF. The same for bmp package.
