Hosted Go Notebook

We should have a hosted Go notebook(s) with tutorials, information, etc. Contributors should be able to add to the content.

@gerred I think we could use this: http://mybinder.org/, and enable interactive notebooks right from the github repo. Then, if we wanted to we could create a static page with navigation and contents.
