Is there consideration for integrating prometheus.exporter.unix with discovery.kubernetes to natively consume Kubernetes metadata directly into the exporter's targets?

Use case

For example, enabling prometheus.exporter.unix to inherit some metadata labels from discovery.kubernetes would simplify multi-cluster monitoring without needing environment variables.
