Extend reference docs for MFTF tests and action groups: Commerce and B2B

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request (PR) adds data to extend MFTF reference documentation with functional tests and action groups for Magento modules from magento2ee and magento2b2b modules.
This update slightly changes formatting by removing a link to source repository, because magento2ee and magento2b2b repositories are not available.

Editorial changes

Changes in titles and tables of contents for reference topics in the MFTF documentation:

• To make the distinction between MFTF project and Magento application more clear. MFTF test can also point to a test of the framework itself.
• To remove a tautology MFTF functional, since of _F_s is Functional
• Command names must be always used as is, no capitalization or other changes
