Vimeo with froogaloop2.min.js cdn results in 504

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.2.4

Steps to reproduce

1. Add vimeo video to product
2. See the product page

Expected result

1. Video playing

Actual result

1. Video is not loading in every browser except safari on mac os (for unknown reason)
   The issue is actually in https://secure-a.vimeocdn.com/js/froogaloop2.min.js that results in 504 gateway timeout

Also looks like vimeo has it's own player and migration notes from froogaloop:

(file not found in temp folder)
