In some places, the plugin uses PHP files to serve JavaScript or CSS. This approach should be improved to properly enqueue JS scripts and CSS files.

Examples:

• Datepicker JS is loaded via https://github.com/mailchimp/wordpress/blob/develop/views/datepicker.php
• Frontend CSS is loaded via https://github.com/mailchimp/wordpress/blob/develop/views/css/frontend.php
