NVDA+V command has no keyboard shortcut in input gestures dialog

Steps to reproduce:

1. When in browse mode, go to the input gestures dialog
2. Search for "Toggles on and off if the screen layout is preserved while rendering the document content"
3. Move to the entry.

Actual behavior:

NVDA doesn't report that this entry is collapsable, i.e. that there is any gesture associated with this command description.

Expected behavior:

NVDA should report that the command description is collapsable, with a default command of NVDA+V for all layouts.

Hi,

Is this the case also in 2024.4.x? If not, then I guess we may need to do some git bisect to figure out which comit is repsonsible for this regression. If it does happen with 2024.4.x, then the bisect scope should be on earlier commits.

Hi,

Technical: screen layout toggle and refresh (NVDA+F5) are scripts defined in base virtual buffers class. Turns out NVDA+V is also defined in base browse mode class, and the base virtual buffer class inherits from browse mode class. The browse mode tree interceptor (base browse mode) version says "not supported" and the virtual buffer (subclass) toggles screen layout setting.
