Vercel.app domain not crawling by google bots

I've hosted many apps on vercel and as i can't afford a domain rn so i'm using default vercel.app domains and for some reason google bots aren't happy with vercel.app domains they never crawls them or crawls after months for like 1 time maybe and even if i try to index manually using search console tool it gives quota exceeded no matter i try after months it just gives quota exceeded error this type of thing never happened to me with github.io domains

.vercel.app is a shared subdomain many developers, spammers, and bots use it. so google tends to deprioritize or rate-limit these domains to prevent spam abuse.

oh i see so means no chance to get them indexed on google like other free domains?
