Overview of PHP-HTTP

Hey.
I know there is a lot going on right now. I've been watching all of this repositories for a while and Im still not 100% sure what all of the does and which one is deprecated or not.

I (and possibly many other new developers to this project) would appreciate a table of each repository and a short description of the current status and purpose.

I started to write one, which is available in the documentation, but it is fully outdated now.

@dbu volunteered to do some documentation work.

I admit that currently we have more stuff than actually make sense, but this will be cleaned in the docs.

This table could be something temporary, we could remove it when we reach 1.0 or the first beta. Just to help developer get a sense over what is what.
