BUG: D3 non-minified requires a meta tag to support weird currency symbols #6825
Description
It is exactly this error: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29325566/unexpected-token-error-when-using-d3-js.
Not sure how the bug would actually manifest but the fix is cheap and easy.
