I know I should give more infos, but it's really as simple as the title: whenever I use the method in a sketch, even in very simple projects, the performances on Android drop drastically.
If I limit the framerate to 60, for example, it usually drop lower than 30 FPS.
I'm using Processing 3.3.7 on Windows 10 64-bit.
I'd add code or screenshots, but I think it'd just be redundant.
I'm sure it does not depend on devices: I use Processing on multiple PCs and on different mobile phones.
I've had this problem also with projects in P2D and P3D.
