Need also an older-releases.md for all non-current releases, e.g. 2.10.0, 2.9.2, and into the 2.8.x series and beyond

Need also a development-version.md page, which contains "nightlies" from 2.11.x, and any nightly or milestone/RC from 2.10.x

That is, this page should only contain: most current in 2.10.x series, 2.9.x series, 2.8.x series, with links at the bottom.

Links should be: changelog, older releases, development releases

Underneath big download button, have a link to the getting started page (the one on the big boxy "documentation" page)

Sort of- this one was passed to me for the styling, but yes, the machinery and everything is there and settled
