Add more Scala-related events to feed

Is this still a blocker? Don't we have enough events? From what I can tell, we're to go until end of September.

I added this ticket because I don't want to have to worry about it in September when it runs out. If we're working on the website now, we ought to put as much in the feed as we can, now. Lanyrd is a good place to look for related events, as is meetup. In lanyrd, you could also search for "java"– sometimes you find events that Scala ends up being at too.

Is there any default icon somewhere for events that do not have a logo?

No, that's another one of those things that I've just been doing for each event, because I know that if I put a placeholder image, we'll never change it. I didn't want a feed full of placeholder images to become the norm, so I've been trying to avoid a placeholder image. :-/ If it helps, I've put instructions in the README in the events dir.
