Feature Request: KafkaJs instrumentation

Hello,

I have a use-case that involves using a nodejs lambda to produce messages into kafka (using the kafkajs library), and I'd love to instrument that kafka producer. I was wondering if you'd consider supporting the opentelemetry kafkajs instrumentation in this project (see https://github.com/aspecto-io/opentelemetry-ext-js/tree/master/packages/instrumentation-kafkajs).

I'm happy to submit a PR for this, just not sure if you have a stance/policy about which instrumentations are included.

If this isn't something you want to support, can you offer guidance for how I might accomplish this? I couldn't find any documentation relevant to adding instrumentations.
