Valkey support ?

Hello,

Redis opensource is no more a thing and the community seems to use valkey as the new redis opensource.
Does the client support valkey ?
Do you think I can add the valkey in CI ?

Yes it’s a good idea, maybe even renaming the gem.

I merged CI for testing with valkey.

At this time, I don't want to rename the gem, but I'll consider it in the future.
