We should add

depends=SparkFun Extensible Message Parser

to library.properties here, and in any other similar GNSS libraries that depend on the SEMP

Added to UM980 library as well. I believe that's all that use SEMP right now.

@nseidle : Nice one thanks! Please take a look at issue #6 while you're in here and if you have time. We need to fix that for non-ESP32 users.
