• SOK delete smartstore secrets automatically if uninstalling the deployment by heml

Expected behavior

• As the secrets is created outside of the operator, the operator should not delete it automatically

The fix for the issue has just been merged to develop branch as a part of #1503. It should be released as a part of 3.0.0 release.
