Deprecate PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer and PreferencesPlaceholderConfigurer for removal #34880
Description
PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer and PreferencesPlaceholderConfigurer have been officially deprecated since Spring Framework 5.2.
Since we no longer expect applications to depend on these outdated mechanisms, we should deprecate them "for removal" in Spring Framework 7.0 and remove them in Spring Framework 8.0.
