Rename BootLanguagServerBootApp to BootLanguageServerBootApp

As discussed with @kdvolder there's a typo in the name of BootLanguagServerBootApp that's visible when looking at the output from jps and the like. It would be good if it could be renamed to BootLanguageServerBootApp.
