Handle projects not using kotlin-reflect

Describe the bug

• When a project do not declare kotlin-reflect, make sure we avoid having KotlinReflectionNotSupportedError

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Occurs on v2.8.7, for a project not depending on kotlin-reflect

Expected behavior

• Handle silently the gracefully of kotlin-reflect
