Some CMake options are already set in Build-CMakeProject:

  • CMAKE_Swift_COMPILER_TARGET is always set.
  • CMAKE_Swift_COMPILER_WORKS only needs to be set with the built compiler.
  • CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME only needs to be set when cross-compiling.

Some CMake options are already set in `Build-CMakeProject`:
* `CMAKE_Swift_COMPILER_TARGET` is always set.

  compiler.
